Guest Forms

The Waiver is required of all guests.

To access the forms set-up a FREE Guest account with Ace Makerspace. Once you set up your account you will be prompted with links to fill out the forms:

Guest Accounts Allow folks to:

• Submit paperwork 1x and keep it on file so you don’t have to provide verifications and forms for every visit.
• Keep Tool Certification records on file.
• Use the Honor Bar to pay for things on your account.

Youth and Minors

Ace Makerspace welcomes kids and minors when accompanied by an adult. Before visiting please fill out the Youth Guest Forms for each child visiting. Please also use common sense when bringing younger kids into the shops with heavy equipment.
